Hello, I just added a second Earthlink email address to the one I have used for years -- both are POP accounts. I also have a DotMac IMAP email account that I manage via Entourage and which also appears in the Folders list on the left hand side (fully populated with Inbox, Deleted Messages, Drafts, Sent Items, and Junk E-mail subfolders).
In addition to the default folders for my original POP account, I've added numerous local folders to store sorted messages; these appear under the POP account heading "Folders on My Computer." My DotMac account (folder and subfolders) appears below these folders with the major folder indented equally to "Folders on My Computer." I assumed I'd need to add the new Earthlink account into the Folders list on the left hand side of my Main Identity page -- and I did, using the Wizard. However, only one folder was created for the new account; it has the name I gave it. The mystery to me is that all incoming and outgoing messages appear in the subfolders of my original Earthlink account -- and incoming messages are duplicated in the folder that I added. Why is this? I suppose this also means that I don't need the folder I added, right? Further, is there an easy way to identify incoming messages as having been sent to this new account?
