Dear Fiend,
There are column headings in the Entourage window above your
messages, such as "From" "Sent" "Received" "To", etc. They are
determined by a sub-menu called "Columns" under the "View" menu at
the top of the screen when Ent is the active window. Just put a check
mark next to whichever column you want to show, then click on the
heading you want to be the sort order. If you want them listed
chronologically, click on "Received" and it will sort the messages
according to when you received them, the latest at the top. If you
want the latest to be at the bottom and the oldest at the top, click
again on the same heading and the order will reverse. All the columns
behave that way.
