I had a request about this from a staff person on our campus, and we had never tried Edit Custom Arrangements. By chance, I was trying it out earlier this week, trying to mimic the threading display of Apple Mail. I'll have an article about customer arrangements for my university's Web site, coming up shortly. Anyway, I would encourage you to try what Remo posted, and also compare the differences achieved in grouping by Subject vs. Conversation. (I created one custom arrangement for each.) There are subtle differences, but either way, this is a powerful and probably neglected feature. To mimic Apple Mail's threading, change: Sort groups by: Received/Sent, Newest on top Sort items within groups by: Received/Sent, Newest on top; or Conversation Index, Newest on top I'd love to have the creation of custom arrangements be AppleScriptable; it would make for easier deployment of them in the enterprise. It doesn't appear that this is possible today without GUI scripting, from what I could tell by the Entourage dictionary. -- Jeremy -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
