Title: Replies Sent From Outlook Web Access Premium Client in IE
I have been getting unreadable replies from one person who is working remotely and sent to my Exchange account. I don’t see any text in the message but there will be a horizontal line, which I believe separates the reply from the original text. If I view the source of the message I can see the text is there in html. I don't have any problem reading the message in Outlook on Windows.

I have done some investigation and discovered that this problem occurs when the person replying is using Outlook Web Access and they are doing so in Internet Explorer with the OWA premium interface. It doesn't happen if the reply is sent with the Basic interface.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Anyone know how to resolve it? Although I run both operating systems at once I prefer to use Entourage than Outlook.

I am using Entourage 11.2.4 (06010).
Outlook is 11.8010.6568 SP2
I am not sure how to get what version Outlook Web Access is. I do have access to the server to find out if necessary.
