My sentiments exactly.  I get message after message from this list that
seem to repeat solutions that have already been discussed in detail in
the past.  I don't think anyone who is part of this group should be
annoyed with questions from other users even if they seem to have simple
answers.  If you don't want to answer them just delete the message. This
list is helpful but sometimes annoying, yet I never chastise anyone for
asking questions. I am surprised the Aaron is in Technology Services
support and gets annoyed with questions like that. I have to tell some
of my users how to turn on and off their computers.
