Aaron is just one person who subscribes here. I wouldn't get too upset by his comments. There are far more people who don't mind.
You're welcome to ask any questions you like here. It is the best mailing list for questions about Entourage (there's also a newsgroup, with some of the same people answering questions). There's certainly nothing _wrong_ with doing your own research first - it can actually be a lot faster to get an answer that way - but I would agree that about 95% of the questions that get asked here have been asked and answered before. There's nothing unusual about doing so, and no need for you to worry about doing so, if you're so inclined. Many people will be happy to answer, or to direct you to an answer online with a link, without telling you off.
