If you're really eager to avoid this and can make do with just the email addresses (this process doesn't capture the associated name), you can export her email folder(s) to MBOX files by dragging them onto the Desktop and then use MailJuicer: <http://freshsqueeze.com/get.fss?get=MailJuicer> to extract the email addresses from the MBOX files.
