There is no maximum as far as Entourage is concerned.

It's your ISP which imposes a maximum as to how many messages (i.e.
recipients) they will send to at a time. You need to ask them (phone them).

When you know the limit, you can send to larger groups using my free Split
Recipients X script from
 
 MacScripter.net   <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/>

if you wish, entering the limit in the PREFS script that comes with it.
