Use Carbon Copy Cloner to create an exact copy of B hard disk on C.

Is donationware, and is a great utility.

You could do the tricky way explained in this note of the Apple Knowledge
Base:
Is simply create a new user with the same name of A's, move the content of
A´s user and delete the old B user.

Also, if this procedure is too technnical, you coud connect one PowerBook
to another putting one on Target Firewire Mode and using the Migration
assistant in Aplications > Utilities to move the A user to B

Back up on the hard disk of the user of C (if is needed) and Same trick of
above.

Maybe, in the worst scenario you maybe reinstall Office eventually to "move"
some licenses, but with this method, no only info is moved, also
preferences, keys, passwords, cookies ... Its the same user experience from
one mac to another.

I hope this Help
