Title: New account or delegate?

In our Exchange '03 environment, I'm going to have a few dozen users who all need access to a shared e-mail account. (in addition to their individual accounts)

It looks like I can give each of those users permissions so that they can create a new account in Entourage and gain access to that mailbox.

Alternatively, I can edit the users primary Entourage account and add the shared mailbox into the 'Users I am a delegate for'.

The result 'appears' the same; but is one method preferred for any good reason?
