Entourage 2004 syncing with Exchange 2003

We have a mixed environment Windows XP and Entourage 2004. It seems that select Entourage users are having a continuing synchronization problem with the Exchanges server 2003. All other PC's and remaining Entrourage email users are working fine. It only seems to be a hand full of users on the MAC side.  I checked the settings between Entourage users and cannot find and  difference. I am not that familiar with this client so any help would  be appreciated. Thanks >>frank
