I actually found a thread on Google regarding
WebDav which I did not know about prior to today.
I enabled it on the exchange server and was going
to monitor things today to see if there was any change.

Back in August there was a thread on the MacEnterprise
list titled Exchange Latency caused by Entourage?
Two of those posts
related that there are actually two data stores on an Exchange 03 server; one
accessed by MAPI clients (Outlook 2003) and the other by HTTP/WebDAV, which
would be OWA connections AND Entourage as it communicates via WebDAV
protocol.
Anyways, it was suggested that Entourage was bogging due to
the frequent synchronization of that mail between the two Exchange server
databases.
If anyone with more detailed info regarding this could chime
in, Id love to hear from you. Im about 15 users into a 700 user migration
(Macs) and already have a couple people reporting this.
Spotlight used
to get blamed for this frequent spinning beach ball business, is that still
cause for concern??
Im nervous.
