Title: Re: Rules
If these mails are being collected through different receiving mail accounts, this is easy – just set up a mail rule with selection criteria ‘account is [name of account 1]’ and action ‘set category [name of desired category]’ (you will have to define a couple of category names first, these categories are what define message colours). Do the same for account 2. Make sure both these rules have the ‘do not apply other rules’ check box Unchecked and that they appear at the top of th erules window.

If the mail is all collected by a single account (typically when you are using an external mail forwarding service), simply use the criterion ‘any recipient contains [username 1]’ etc.

Better still, instead of just colouring the messages, why not move them to their own sub-folders to totally separate them? This can be done as a action to the same rules.

Hi al, I have 2 email addresses being collected in my Entourage's in box, could someone assist me in writing a rule so that I can differentiate them , I was thinking of different colors would be fine, the usernames are very different so it is probably easy for a a Entourage guru!!!

Thanks in advance
