You might think more along the lines of creating rules for type of content rather than by account. I suggest using the Mailing List Manager (MLM) for lists like Entourage talk then create custom rules for your remaining mail. Basics, creating rules, troubleshooting rules and examples can be found here: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/rules/index.html> There are three types of rules used in Entourage to manage your mail. The Mailing List Manager (MLM) and Junk Mail Filter (JMF) are names for specialized rules. Rules are custom rules that you create. Hopefully, I have interested you in doing more than just creating two Inboxes for your accounts. -- Diane Ross, Microsoft Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> The Entourage Blog lists the EHP as one of the top five Microsoft Entourage resources. <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
