Entourage, when set up for an Exchange account (an additional account type
beyond IMAP, POP, and Hotmail), does sync calendars to Exchange. However, in
the latest releases (v11.2 and later), you have a single local calendar and
one or more remote Exchange calendars. In order to put your local calendar
on Exchange, you'd have to copy/move your calendar events to the Exchange
account calendar in Entourage, and the data would then sync up to an
Exchange mailbox (that's Exchange terminology for the server-side Exchange
account).

The same goes for the Address Book: there is one local and multiple Exchange
contacts folders.

Entourage (as of v11.2.5, since I always like to be specific) does not
currently sync Tasks or Notes with Exchange. It does not interoperate with
Exchange for Tasks or Notes at all, for your own data and/or for sharing
that data with others.
