Yes. Entourage 2004 was released before that change took effect (and before Tiger was released too, which knows about the change in DST). You can rest assured that there will surely be an Entourage update before March rolls around that will incorporate the changes. Of course many people are planning calendar events well into March and beyond right now, but these will automatically be put right when the update is effected - you won't have to re-enter the events. You can see even now that opening the event into its own window shows the correct time - it's just the display in the calendar that's wrong.
