I notice no difference between NetNewsWire's no-scroll bar appearance and
Entourage's no-scroll bar appearance. The top-right pane of NetNewsWire,
when it doesn't have enough items to force scrolling, looks exactly like all
of Entourage's three panes when they don't have enough content to enable
scrolling.
