The "k" doesn't work for me, but the spacebar works exactly as you describe, for me. Spacebar scrolls one screenful, second spacebar scrolls the next; shift spacebar scrolls upward. When you're at the bottom of the message, the spacebar takes you to the next unread -- an annoyance, sometimes, if you do not realize that you're at the bottom of a message -- suddenly you're reading a completely different message! I have Entourage set up in the arrangement of mailboxes on the left, message list above, and preview pane below, if that affects behavior somehow. Entourage 2004 (Office updated to 11.3, but Entourage reads a different version, as previously discussed here), Mac OS X 10.3.9, Dual 2GHz G5, 2.5GB RAM. (And woohoo, look at that H in that message!
