Thanks for your reply. It's true the email I received with the attachments was in HTML formatting. I tried your suggestion and created a forwarded email in non-HTML. That did not succeed in including the attachments. I'm also thinking that's not the problem because sometimes I am able to forward attachments using HTML email. Wondering if you or anyone else has other suggestions. Thank you.
