It sounds as if the email server of the person receiving the email (which
could be you) is stripping attachments, or certain types of attachments
depending on the file extension. That may or may not be  an option the
person can have changed.

Thanks for your reply. It's true the email I received with the attachments
was in HTML formatting. I tried your suggestion and created a forwarded
email in non-HTML. That did not succeed in including the attachments. I'm
also thinking that's not the problem because sometimes I am able to forward
attachments using HTML email. Wondering if you or anyone else has other
suggestions. Thank you.
