The rebuild should not touch your folder structure.  Also, a backup will be
made automatically when you do the rebuild.  It will be called "Old
Database", I believe, and it will be in your Microsoft User Data (MUD)
folder where all your identities and databases are stored.  When you're sure
the rebuilt database is working correctly, you can trash it.  You'll find
the MUD in your Documents folder.
