Users rearranging folders (drag and drop) inside their Exchange account. Once moved, folders turn up EMPTY of emails.
This issue has occurred twice within a couple weeks with different Macs and Exchange accounts. One person was on Entourage version 11.2.5 and the other was either the same or a very close version. I have had to restore from an old backup tape, which is a major pain. All I have done now to prevent this is update to 11.3.3.
