The problem does not exist in new blank identity. My database is 1.8 GB 2516 contacts 440 incomplete tasks (mostly in the future) I've archived two years of sent and deleted emails in folders in the "Folders on my computer" section
Diane, last time I needed to create a new identity, it took me about 8 hours to transfer archived email, recreate categories (I have about 20), re-mark each task with category, recreate preferences, recreate accounts, recreate desired column s in all windows, etc. I would really like to not have to go through that again, especially since I just did that in September. I don't want to have to do this twice a year. If you say I need to, I will, but I'm hoping you have some other suggestions. Thank you.
