Make sure that both your copies of Office & OS X are up to date.  Updates
for both have been released to reflect Daylight Saving Time changes.  You
can get the latest updates using Apple's Software Update (Apple menu) and
Microsoft's AutoUpdate (Help menu in Entourage).

If you still notice that events that are e-mailed to you don't seem to
appear properly on the calendar, open the received event, and go to Event >
Time Zone.  Compare that against the time zone your computer is set to in
System Preferences, and that may explain things.
