I know I've had problems where I wanted to download some Windows browser software to install when I booted up VPC, but the web sites wouldn't let me do it with a Mac browser. I would respond to him via a Windows email and see if he gets that. This will be a lot quicker than trying to get the problem fixed if that is the problem. In the mean time, I'll forward this on to Microsoft support. -- Diane Ross, Microsoft Mac MVP Entourage Help Page <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/> One of the top five MS Entourage resources listed on the Entourage Blog. <http://blogs.msdn.com/entourage/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
