Hi Jason!

I see that your message is going unanswered so far. I'm not an LDAP expert
but I believe your search base may need a little more. Only your Exchange
Server or Active Directory (if you're using Windows Servers for your
infrastructure) admin can give you the proper search base for your
organization. I'm use to seeing something like
"CN=Users,DC=au,DC=company,DC=com". That would be a basic setup with Active
Directory.

Are you sure you need to use the search base in the first place? In a
default setup this may not even need to be specified. Try removing the
search base but leave the option to log in selected.
