Hi Jason!

Are you sure you're pointed to an LDAP server? Ask your network admins if the 
address you have is the address of a Global Catalog Server. That's what you 
need.

Again, you'll need to have your admins provide you the correct search base for 
your environment. It won't necessarily be the same path as another company's.
