Bear in mind that I am a babe in the woods here (almost no experience in Windows). From searching the user interface and help files, it appears that Outlook 2007 has an Import/Export wizard that will import a single vCard from a single tab delimited file. That's probably not a useful approach for importing an address book. The wizard also offers a batch import for address books exported from Eudora, Outlook Express, or Windows Mail (the email client bundled with Vista, replacing OE).
