Hi- Aside from opening each appointment you have accepted in Entourage as an invitation from Outlook users, is there a way to see if your calendar events have attachments?
We have some people who attach agendas and presentations to invitations that get sent out from Outlook and people don¹t realize that appointment/invitation attachments count against their server quotas. If you open the appointment event, the attachments are listed as <<attachment name>> in the note area. In Outlook when you view it in ³list² view (Event according to Outlook) it displays the little paperclip icon next to the title. It is really impractical to open each scheduled event to determine if it has an attachment, and a real bother to set people up in Outlook just to find the one or two bloated appointments. The only way we notice it in Entourage is by checking the folder sizes under properties for the server directories and they have a large Calendar directory. It doesn¹t give any guidance on which appointment has the attachment and there isn¹t I way that I can find that shows them. Entourage doesn¹t seem to let you attach things to invitations.
