I use Missing Sync with a Treo 650.

>From my understanding, Missing Sync does ³not² sync directly with Entourage.
There is a ³truth² database which is a common repository to exchange the
data. So Entourage syncs with it (as does iCal, Address Book etc...)... If
my understanding is correct, Missing Sync is syncing with the Truth
Database. You need to contact Missing Sync. The error (about entourage) may
be something ³captured² by the truth database.

If Entourage has a complete copy of everything, you can try this:

In Entourage only, go to preferences, Sync and uncheck all the sync options.
Then click OK.

Next re-open preferences and re-check all three boxes (turn them back on).
Make sure the source is right (drop down). Click OK. You will be prompted
with three options. Choose Entourage overwrites ³everything²...

Now don¹t do anything! You can check Activity Monitor (in
Applications/Utilities)... The sync process will take a bit. On mine, it
could take 15 to 25 minutes. I would not open iCal, Address Book or do any
syncing with Missing Sync.

When your CPU is idle for a minute or two (below 10%), then the sync has
been completed. I have about 1500 contacts and it takes 15 minutes. So you
will have to wait longer.

This typically resets any issues (when I have a problem).
