Jim, Having been using GTD with Entourage. Working well. Get the white paper it's worth the money. Couple of scripts you may find useful for handling mail. Script for making a task from a mail message, can be found on script builders, usually just a control T. I think use Quickeys to change the priority and category, and save it with a two click from the keyboard. Amazingly fast. Hope you find this helpful. Ben
