Steve -- Two quick quesetions: Now that you have one reproducible problem -- importing the contacts -- can you test two things: 1) Creating a new Identity in Entourage, and trying to import the contacts into that new Identity 2) Creating a new User on your Mac, launching Entourage, and trying to import the contacts while logged in as that User If there's any way to test one of your other problems in each of these scenarios, even better. If you can import your contacts in #1, there's some kind of corruption in your Entourage Identity. If you can import your contacts in #2, the problem is most likely outside of Entourage and needs to be "fixed" in your main User on your computer. (You might remember my lack of capital H last November. It wasn't an Entourage problem at all -- it was corrupt preferences for a completely unrelated application on my computer. Once those prefs were identified and deleted, my H resumed working in Entourage.
