In Outlook, if I want to send an email to all the people scheduled to
attend a particular meeting (a separate message, not a meeting
notice), I can copy all the addresses from the To: field of the
appointment, and copy them into the To: field of the mail message.
In Entourage, I seem to have to copy them one at a time. Is there an
easier way?
I don't like to send a meeting update with information in it because
so many people never actually look at the message content of meeting
notices.
