Exporting Entourage X Contacts to AB

OK, I have a lot of contacts already in AB, but I also have a lot in  
Entourage X.  I need to consolidate everything in AB for my new  
iPhone.  Are there advantages to using Paul's export script versus  
using the menu File->Export Contacts?  I have a lot of important  
information in the notes attached to the contacts.  Thanks.
