Hi Bruce,

Have you tried dragging the message from the inbox window to the folder
list? Assuming you are using the regular Entourage mail window which shows
the folders on the left, and contents of the selected mailbox on the right,
any closed folders will expand when you drag your message over them.

Alternatively, you could use shift-apple-M when the message is selected.
That gives you the hierarchical folder list directly, without the added
layer of the recently used folder list.

Personally I've never used the "move" icon - not very intuitive for me.

You can also set rules that will automatically file messages from a
particular person into the folder you have set for them.
