Not to steal Richard Ettore's thunder, but a freeware that can both launch AppleScripts and auto-enter text into messages is "Butler" <http://www.petermaurer.de/butler/>. Though I find its multiplicity of functions a little intimidating, taken on its own each function is easy to set up. I highly recommend it for convenience, stability, and (of course) price.
