New to Entourage, and experiencing odd behavior. In the list of messages, each group of messages has a little triangle next to it. The standard Mac convention is that clicking this triangle expands or collapses the list if items in that group. This is exactly what I see in my list of folders, and also for folders that are on my computer.
However, for folders on the Exchange server, selecting the triangle selects the entire group of items in the group. I cannot use this to expand and collapse the group. What's going on?
