There is a bug that keeps the disclosure triangles in groups from working if
the first column in the View > Columns menu is disabled.  In mail views, the
first column is Links, so that column has to be turned on for the triangles
to work.  In newsgroup views, the first column in the list is "Online
Status," so that column needs to enabled for the triangles to work.

This is a known issue in Entourage 2004.
