Thanks. I already did all of that. After I had trouble, I had the Admin
create the permissions. He also created an alias Outlook account and the
calendars were shared.

The admin doesn't know much about Entourage and he isn't inclined to learn
more. I have forwarded to him all of the Exchange Serve articles I found on
Entourage/Exchange Server issues but none seem directly applicable.

The only other oddity is that Global addresses do not appear in the drop
down lists. Even in my own account, when I click on the "To" in an e-mail to
select addresses and click on Directory directory, it is empty.

Could that be connected?
