First time poster and I appreciate any and all help.
Have been using Entourage for many years, currently have been
connected to our Exchange 2003 server for about 2 years with little
to know issues. I am one of three Mac users so our IT support is
limited at best. Currently I can not sync or send / receive mail. The
error that I get when I try to sync is: HTTP error. Access method not
allowed. When I try to send a message I get the same error followed
by this error code Error: -18595. I have looked and looked and looked
for in on this code and have found nothing.. I can access the
Exchange OWA through a browser with no issue, I have rebuilt my
Entourage Data Base also as a last ditch effort. I have spent some
time with my IT guy and he has restarted the IIS and Exchange
Services still same issue. I have reset my PW on the server and my
Entourage did challenge and then accept the new correct PW indicating
that I am talking to the server to some extent... It seems to be
something is missing on the server side but we are out of ideas on
how to further trouble shoot and resolve this..
Any help is GREATLY appreciated...
