I just installed Office 2004. I¹d been using 2001. Actually, I¹d been using Mac Mail for a while, after having used Entourage 2001 previously. But I had sooooo many problems with Mac Mail that I decided to try Entourage again. I send a LOT of emails with attachments because I¹m on some animal rescue lists. Emails come to me with photos of the animals in the body of the email and I forward them to others who might help, so seeing the animal is very, very important.
When I¹m forwarding these emails, the photos aren¹t appearing. Why, and what can I do to make them be there? If that¹s not possible, then Entourage is virtually useless to me. Also, one reason I switched back to Entourage is that suddenly Mac Mail wasn¹t letting me send anything with an attachment or even a link! So I saved those emails in my drafts folder and now when I open those in Entourage, I can¹t send them. There¹s no icon for sending. I tried copying and pasting into a new email, but then photos and any graphics in the email aren¹t there. I¹m not the LEAST bit technical, so if you have an answer for me, PLEASE make it simple as you possibly can. Thanks!!
