Hi Nestor, Unfortunately Entourage wants to import directly to the main Exchange address book. There are a couple of ways around this:
1. Categorize all your existing contacts, or move them to a folder; then import. All the uncategorized/loose contacts are the new ones and you can move them wherever you like. 2. Create a separate identity to import the contacts, then categorize & export the contacts as an RGE file. Entourage should respect the categorization on import. --Mike On 10/8/07 12:53 PM, "Entourage:mac Talk" <[email protected]> wrote: > From: Nestor <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: Mon, 8 Oct 2007 12:50:47 -0400 > Subject: Importing address book names into target > > I have a list of names that I would like to import into a separate > address book (not my main Exchange-based one).
