Mike:
Crude but effective approach. Worked fine.

Hi Nestor,
Unfortunately Entourage wants to import directly to the main
Exchange address book. There are a couple of ways around this:
Categorize all your existing contacts, or move them to a folder;
then import. All the uncategorized/loose contacts are the new ones
and you can move them wherever you like.
Create a separate identity to import the contacts, then categorize
& export the contacts as an RGE file. Entourage should respect the
categorization on import.

Subject: Importing address book names into target
I have a list of names that I would like to import into a separate
address book (not my main Exchange-based one). However, I can't
figure out how to force the destination of the import. I have opened
my new address book and chosen "Import" but the imported addresses
still end up in the Exchange address book. Is that the only option
for importing?
Thanks
Nestor
