I don't think you can do it from within Entourage. Is your mac bound to the
company's Active Directory I presume you are using? If so, then the mac will
honor password expiry policies and prompt you at change time.

Entourage Menu->Preferences->Mail & News Preferences->Compose. Ensure the
"Display a list of recently used addresses" is checked. Please note there is
no easy way to modify the recently used addresses list.

Entourage does seem to let me choose "Apply Rule" to something in the Drafts
folder. Is there a way to achieve this with an AppleScript perhaps?
