(OS 10.4.10, Entourage 11.3.6) Entourage syncs to Apple Address Book.app immediately, except when it does not. Sometimes I see a change in Entourage's Address Book appear in Apple Address Book.app immediately. Sometimes the change does not appear until later -- apparently at a random time. Sometimes I hear the fans of my MacBook Pro spin up to high revs. When I check Activity Monitor, the high fan speed is usually associated with Microsoft Sync Services or Microsoft Sync being at the top of the Processes list. If an entry in Entourage's Address Book Apple Address Book.app was not yet synchronized with Apple Address Book.app, after the super fan spin-up, it will be. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roger S.
