When I deleted the 'receiving info' from the account I then get error 'Mail
Server setup error' as that account not being set up correctly. If I un tick
the box in accounts for including account in 'send and receive' I would then
always have to run it manually? I have a schedule to run every 10 minutes to
run 'send and receive' - I can see in there that this account is included
in that list, but it doesn't give me any options - its either on or off!!

Or should I turn off 'send and receive' and write a rule for this account so
any emails go into a folder of its own?
