[replying off-list] I'm wondering if you understand how "Paste Special - Unformatted Text" works in Word. It does not insert text with no formatting. Instead, it takes the text in the clipboard and applies the style and format of the text surrounding the insertion point. So a better name for this function might be "Paste text, matching surrounding text." I use this feature quite often, and have no problem with it in Word 2004. I have not tried it in Word 2008, so I don't know if the problems you saw were due to real bug in the program, or a misunderstanding of the feature. -- Julian Vrieslander <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
