I tried sending this a week ago but the list seemed to be down all week and it finally bounced back to me. But it appears we're up again so let's try again.

Despite the one discussion if could find of it (<http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage/brows e_thread/thread/bfd95c851acad78d>), "Repair Message List" does not achieve the same result because I want the messages from that account gone, not repaired. Why? It's my wife's account. When we're traveling, she uses my computer. Once we're home, I want her stuff (and perhaps more importantly, the bolded "you have new mail" account name) off my computer. I don't want to mark her mail read (which would get rid of the bolded name) and I don't want to delete her mail from the server. Creating a separate identity for her would be one workaround but a bit of a pain as it doesn't fit with how we share the computer when traveling. I have to say that after a month of using '08, I'm disappointed. I see little useful to me new functionality while a lot of useful to me functionality has gone away. It makes me wonder how in touch Microsoft is with how real-world users use the product. -- Larry Stone [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.stonejongleux.com/ -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
