Hi Diane I hope I am not being obtuse, as recently as last year when I did a spotlight search if I moused over an entry no matter where it was the location appeared and one could go directly to it. Now I can still do this for any entry as long as it is not an email in entourage. Even when I extend it to the show all and the search window appears the hierarchical location string only appears for non entourage entries. Mike
