Thanks for the tip. I did try that and it did find some keychain items that needed repair and repaired them successfully, but it did not fix the problem. Again, everything is fine when checking for mail after a reboot, but when waking from sleep and checking for mail, the exact wording in the window that comes up is "Microsoft Entourage wants to use keychain "login"" (and there is no "save" box to click). I tried creating a specific keychain for "Microsoft Entourage", and even separately specified in that keychain that MS Entourage and Office have automatic access, but that also didn't solve the problem. As stated originally, this started after performing a backup (I make a daily clone backup of my entire HD via SuperDuper) and after rebuilding the Entourage database. I am not sure which one caused the problem, but all email passwords and keychains disappeared and had to be re-created, and the remaining issue is the login window that comes up now when checking mail after waking from sleep. After losing my keychain items, I can understand why it might come up the first time I relaunch Entourage, but why it now comes up every single time I wake from sleep (and can't be saved), but doesn't come at all after rebooting, is beyond me. Any further suggestions will be appreciated. Cheers, George A
